When the beloved Upper West Side institution Jacob’s Pickles expanded its namesake and opened their spin-off restaurant Maison Pickle in 2017, New Yorkers went crazy, booking tables months in advance and driving wait times up to over four hours. Two years later, the hype still has not died down.
